China’s modern education has a hundred years of history,saving the nation from death has always been the primary problem of modern education.During the period of the Republic of China,some countries in the world,such as Italy and Germany,attached great importance to the advocacy of art education,and considered the concept of art not only to entertain the body and mind,but also to study.However,although Chinese traditional art(such as drama)has a long history,it is often regarded as a tool for leisure and entertainment,and even regarded as a juxtaposition between dramatists and prostitutes.By 1937,the Lugou Bridge incident,the overall War of Resistance began in China,the War of Resistance to save the country became the main content of this period.The National Government recognizes that education reform and the mobilization of the people are the key to save the nation.In the national government’s "music education" thought,the original wrong idea has been corrected,and music,art,drama,film and other artistic forms are the entertainment way in the people’s daily life,plus art has the characteristics of custom and people,the national government believes that the combination of art and public education is more easily accepted by the people.Under the guidance of the laws and regulations of the War of Resistance against Japan,the construction of the legal system of social art education also reached a fairly high level.Under the guidance of the laws and regulations of social art education in wartime,the way of education was more flexible,the establishment of social art education organizations and the development of activities were effective,provided strong support for the efficient and stable development of social art education in wartime,and laid a solid foundation for the goal of "the War of Resistance against Japan" as soon as possible.The period of comprehensive anti-Japanese war is an important period for the development of social art education.The construction of social art education is all around the "anti-Japanese war" to stimulate the people’s anti-Japanese mood,arouse national consciousness,inculcate wartime common sense,guide the founding of the country for legislative purposes.This paper takes the social art education laws and regulations formulated by the National Government during the War of Resistance against Japan as the research object,analyzes and expounds three research questions,and intends to answer "Why did the social art education of the National Government receive attention during the War of Resistance against Japan ?" "How did the social art education activities in wartime be carried out ?" And "what are the characteristics and shortcomings of the formulation of social art education laws and regulations and the development of art education activities during the War of Resistance against Japan ?".This paper consists of three chapters.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research purpose and significance,literature review,data type and research content.
