Research On Talent Concept Of Wei,Jin,Southern And Northern Dynasties

The problem of human has always been the basic point or the center of Chinese classical philosophy.During the pre-Qin and Han dynasties,the discussion of human nature in Chinese philosophy was mainly reflected in the discussion of human nature.From the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty,the question of human nature gradually changed to the question of talent.Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties is another period of active thinking in Chinese history after the Warring States period.This article from the East Han dynasty to Wei Jin qing discussion activities in the character evaluation and the background of the employment system,based on the work at that time on the basis of three stages to discuss the concept of talent.First,to explore the characteristics of talent view in the early Wei and Jin Dynasties from Characters,this stage is the formation of talent research into the theoretical stage.Second,it is the deepening stage of the talent theory to discuss the character’s talent and the example of character’s taste in The New Language of Shi Shuo.Third,analyzing the talent thought of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism in the later period of the Northern and Southern Dynasties from the Yan family’s Instruction,the typical literati view of talent in this period gradually matured.In the Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties,the discussion on talents was no longer a general discussion on the good and evil of human nature,but a discussion on the relationship between generality and personality in human nature,starting from the relationship between human personality and talent.Its philosophical meaning is to discuss the essential composition of human beings and the value of individual personality theoretically,and finally to settle on the self-realization of individual personality.The thought of talents in The Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties is the precious intellectual wealth left to us by our predecessors,which is worth us digging deeply and finding the enlightenment meaning for modern people to pursue ideal personality and improve themselves.
