| Books are the product of human narration of information,and they contain the prerequisite narrative and visual narrative functions.With the advancement of the current new media era,people’s reading habits and reading levels are changing with each passing day,and the corresponding research and development of literary narrative and visual narrative are not the same.But in fact,there is a surprising phenomenon-modern and traditional book design is gradually difficult to adapt to the complex and changeable reading environment,and fragmented multimedia reading methods are challenging and occupying the reading market of traditional books.Therefore,this topic focuses on the interdisciplinary research of book design,hoping to trace the source,combine the original function of the book with the cutting-edge exploration of narrative,and try to find a new book narrative design in the bilingual environment of "text narrative + visual narrative" Life,draw the design model and basic method of the nonlinear narrative of books.And use theory to guide practice,and verify it in the practice of "Missing Person Notice,the First Forgotten Person" book design.This article takes the nonlinear narrative design method as the research subject,the book design application as the research object,and the overall thinking of the thesis is model-oriented,and proposes solutions through literature theory research and case analysis research.Specifically,in the second and third chapters,the desktop research on literary narrative and visual communication narrative is carried out,and the historical development of the two disciplines and the current research status of nonlinear narrative are reviewed,and the results are suitable for the current development of nonlinear narrative.Based on the research conditions,a design model framework for the purpose of solving the problem of "non-linear narrative expression in artistic works" is formed.This model mainly analyzes the design strategy of visual narrative through constituent factors and narrative principles,and combs the visual narrative behavior in several latitudes such as material,immaterial,visible,and invisible,and derives its basic framework;Chapter Four Focusing the research on the field of book design,according to the three narrative structures of parallel,intersecting,and repetitive in the nonlinear,the narrative model verification is carried out from the perspective of book research;Chapter 5 focuses on the "Lost Person Notice,the First Forgotten" The narrative construction of the book design of "People" focuses on the concrete presentation of nonlinear narrative research in the design,and summarizes and discusses the nonlinear narrative design model and method of books derived from this topic.The subject adopts the literature analysis method,the interdisciplinary method,the theoretical analysis method,and the case analysis method to deploy the research methods of the subject.Through the development,deepening and summary of the subject,this research can eliminate subject barriers,enhance the life of book design research,and contribute to the new era.The significance of reading jumps and other researches,hopes that book design will develop in a multi-narrative research context for a long time. |
