The Practical knowledge is an important part of teachers'knowledge.For international Chinese teachers,practical teaching knowledge is more important in dealing with complex teaching environment.The formation of their practical knowledge is inseparable from the theoretical study and professional teaching practice,but before they contact with Chinese teaching,MTCSOL generally uses the existing professional knowledge in the practice through teaching practice.and interacts his old knowledge with the new knowledge encountered in the practice,so as to actively build a richer knowledge.This kind of new knowledge acquired through teaching practice is practical knowledge.There are many ways for master of Chinese international education to acquire practical knowledge.With the rise of Chinese teaching skills competition in recent years,master of Chinese international education has invested a lot of energy in the process of learning,and the competition has become an important way for them to quickly adapt to teaching and form teaching practical knowledge.The existing Chinese micro teaching skills competition is an important national competition.As a new form of teaching,micro class has various subjects and short and concise contents,which breaks the limitation of space-time communication and fits well with Chinese teaching.By participating in this kind of competition,MTCSOL can improve the ability of Chinese curriculum design,teaching ability and other teachers,form their own practical knowledge in a short time,and lay a good foundation for MTCSOL to work in the future.Therefore,it is necessary to study the practical knowledge of the MTCSOL in the micro class competition.This paper takes the three rounds of videos of four MTCSOL in the second national Chinese teaching micro class competition as the analysis object.Through the analysis of the course design videos and interviews with them,more than 40000 words of transcribed corpus are obtained.This paper refines the teaching ideas of the participants in the teaching,and observes the practical knowledge formed by the participants according to the teaching ideas.Previous studies mostly focus on Chinese teachers in face-to-face classroom teaching,and pay less attention to the practical knowledge formed by Chinese teachers in the competition.Most of the Chinese teachers studied are experienced Chinese teachers or volunteers of Chinese teachers.Therefore,on the basis of previous studies,this paper puts forward some research results that predecessors did not pay attention to.In the process of research,it is found that the practical knowledge formed by the four MTCSOL in the second national Chinese teaching micro class competition is:professional knowledge about grammar points,knowledge about second language teaching,knowledge about teachers' language,knowledge about students,knowledge about teaching experience,knowledge about teachers' self reflection and correction,knowledge about teachers' teaching attitude,knowledge about teachers' teaching attitude,knowledge about teachers' self reflection and correction The knowledge of micro class and the use of teaching media(audio and video,teaching courseware).The main factors affecting the formation of practical knowledge are theoretical learning,self reflection and tutor evaluation.The research of this paper can see the growth of MTCSOL in the competition process,and to a certain extent reflects the acquisition of practical knowledge of MTCSOL in the micro class competition.I hope that through this research,readers can pay attention to the practical knowledge of MTCSOL in the micro class,It provides some research references for the cultivation of master of Chinese International Education in the future.
