At present,under the theme of building a community of human destiny,according to statistics,Chinese language teaching is available in more than 180 countries or regions around the world,81 countries have adopted Chinese as part of their national education,more than 80,000 primary and secondary schools and training organisations offer Chinese language courses,and more than 30 million people have studied Chinese.To meet the professional development needs of international Chinese teachers,fulfill the requirements of international professional competence standards for Chinese teachers,resolve the mismatch between available time and teachers’ needs for actual teaching reflection,and avoid inefficiencies in teaching reflection,the paper conducted surveys and interviews with 420 students from 67 universities across China to investigate Article,through a questionnaire survey and interviews with 420 students in 67 universities across China,investigates the teaching reflection ability and problems of Han master’s students,analyzes the factors affecting the teaching reflection ability,and makes scientific and reasoned proposals to improve the teaching of reflective students.This thesis is mainly composed of the following aspects: Chapter 1 mainly explains the reason for choosing the topic of this thesis,the purpose and significance of the study,a review of domestic and foreign research and research ideas and methods;Chapter 2 is the design of the survey and research on teaching reflection ability;Chapter 3 is the analysis of the results of the survey on the teaching reflection ability of Chinese master students;Chapter 4 is the analysis of the factors affecting the teaching reflection ability of Chinese master students;Chapter 5 is the analysis of the countermeasures to improve the teaching reflection ability of Chinese master students.Chapter 5 is the suggestions of countermeasures to improve the teaching reflection ability of Chinese masters students.The results of the study found that: the MA in Chinese Language Teaching students basically have the ability to reflect on teaching,but they do not have a comprehensive understanding of reflection on teaching;they have a single way of reflecting on teaching,and they know less about the ways and strategies of reflection on teaching;the content of reflection is not comprehensive,and they are more used to reflecting on classroom teaching skills,classroom management and their own knowledge structure;in order to improve their reflection on teaching,the most important help they want is to carry out exchanges among teachers.The study also found that postgraduate students with 3-4 years of teaching experience were slightly more reflective than those with 2-3 years and 1-2years of teaching experience,but there was no statistically significant difference.There were no significant differences in the reflective teaching ability of the MA in Chinese teaching students on the variables of gender,age,grade,and major;there were significant differences in the postgraduate students’ attitudes towards their major,and the students’ Chinese language level on the reflective teaching ability of the MA in Chinese teaching students.In response to the shortcomings of teaching reflection,the article puts forward developmental suggestions such as strengthening theoretical learning,improving reflection literacy,sounding and improving the evaluation mechanism,and promoting students’ professional growth.
