| The army is the foundation of national security and stability is the strong backing of the country’s foreign activities,its role and status of doubt,the world attach great importance to the resettlement of retired officers.Entering the new century,the Chinese government promulgated and implemented a number of retired military officers involved in resettlement laws,policies,job satisfaction will be retired officers placed into the legal system,however,with the deepening of reform,social adjustment pattern of interests,all sectors of the deep the increasing number of conflicts and problems,and even be regarded as the Great Wall of Republic soldiers after take off the uniform,reasonable personal rights are not protected,but also many incidents of colony appeals for help events.To solve similar problems,we need to start from the system,to find the cause and prescribe,in order to prevent similar problems from occurring.Combined with our current jobs placement system difficult to implement real problem,since the reference to the founding of the placement of demobilized officers of relevant laws,policies,and apply the public management theory and research methods,multi-angle analysis of this issue,primarily through the research,analysis and comparison methods,feasibility analysis,placement of retired officers of our history,current situation,existing problems and causes,conduct comprehensive studies,such as the direction of reform.Accessed through a large number of academic papers and leader’s speech,access to the library of national and local laws and regulations relating to the resettlement areas,monographs,and data for mastery,theory with practice,to broaden problem-solving ideas.Also according to the time sequence of the various stages of a longitudinal case study of the history of Veterans placement,cross-sectional study in the same period,the similarities and differences between various regions of veterans placed a total summed worth our reference applicable mature experience and practices. |
