College student village officials are a huge social group at the grassroots level,and they are a force that cannot be ignored in the construction of grassroots organizations.Meizhou City is located in the mountainous area of eastern Guangdong.Relatively speaking,the social and economic development is relatively backward,the living environment is general,the grassroots work pressure is high,and the development opportunities are limited.The work enthusiasm of the university student village officials in Meizhou City has not been fully exerted,and the sense of responsibility and dedication have emerged.Unhealthy phenomena such as lack of spirit,and even individual university student village officials have already filed a resignation application.How can college student village officials better promote their own professional growth while serving the rural areas? This is not only a problem that is particularly frustrated by university student village officials,but also concerned by relevant management departments and managers.It is urgently needed to study and solve.problem.Therefore,based on the college student village official plan,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the career growth of college students in Meizhou City,trying to explore the relationship between college officials’ experience and career growth,as well as the internalization and career growth of the university staff’s work unit system.Relationship.Therefore,the differences between the village officials and career growth,institutional internalization and career growth are analyzed.On this basis,suggestions are made to improve the policy of college students’ village officials.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The implementation of the Meizhou University Student Village Official Program has passed eight years.Since 2010,Meizhou City has selected a total of 870 university student village officials to enter the villages of Meizhou counties and districts for service.Probably every three administrative villages have a college student village official.From the number of teams,they can basically meet the daily needs of rural affairs in Meizhou.In addition,the university student village official policy in Meizhou City differs from other regions in terms of qualifications and conditions for selection,employment period,and work and living allowances.(2)The empirical results show that compared with the college students who have no village official experience,the college students who have experienced the village officials grow better in terms of occupation;at the same time,compared with the university student village officials who have no internalization of the work unit,there are physical constitutions.The university student village officials have grown better in career.Therefore,in order to promote the career growth of college students,the government should gradually establish and improve the relevant policies of university student village officials,broaden the channels for university students to enter public office,and scientifically and rationally allocate suitable village officials.
