| The situation stabilization of Korean Peninsula after the Korean War mainly depends on the armistice mechanism.With the end of Cold War and the dramatic changes of the Northeast Asia international political and military situation,along with the unstability of the post-war mechanism,it turns out that the contries on cerned can not provide the Korean Penisula with institutional safeguards to the peaceful and stable situation.For North Korea and South Korea,under the armistice mechanism,there may be outbreak of war,whenever and where possible.Besides,the problems of nuclear proliferation and arms race seriously affects the situation stability and economic development in the Korean Peninsula.The current situation of relative stability and unsafe reguires the construction of a new Korean Peninsula and a peaceful mechanism to replace the armistice mechanism in the peninsula.In 2016 and 2017,North Korea perfoemed there nuclear tests and launched inter-continental missiles which rerulted in the declaration of Prelident Trump to carry out military sanctions.Conseguently the Korean Peninsula plunged into tense situation.2018 The winter Olympics in Pyeongchang withessed the joint-entry of the teams of the two contries,which greatly eased the tense situation.the successive meet of the topleaders of China and North Korea,North Korea and South Korea,US and North Korea,Russia and North Korea,greatly turned the course of events concernity the situation of the Korean Peninsula.In the course of the direct dialogue,the establishment of peace mechanism was also put on the agenda.As to the establishment of the peace mechanism on the Korean Peninsula,US and Japan tend to maintain current situation,Russia does not focus on the military situation of the Korean Peninsula,heace it does not invest too much energy on the situation of the Korean Peninsula.North Korea takes positive attitudes on the establishment of the peace mechanism of the peninsula.Restricted by the nuclear issue,North Korea can not play a major role in the problem of peace mechanism.There being no further progress in the direct dialogue,a strucfural constradiction still exists US and North Korea.Therefort,there exists great resistance ins to the establishment of the peace mechanism on the peninsula.there are a lot of consensuses concernity the anti-development of nuclear development and the maitanance of peace and stability of the peninsula.Under the situation of reacling on imposse in the direct dialogue between US and North Korea,China and South Korea should play the role of coordinatity and vortexing.South Korea,as the ally of US,should communicate with US,to seek consensus and promote the establishment of the peace mechanism on the peninsula.The two coutries have also undertaken effective deep-level communication in many fields.To sum up,China and South Korea should play an active role in the establishment of peace mechanism under the frame work of effective cooperation.This thesis combs the processes and present situation of the establishment of peace mechanism and probes into the necessity of the eatablishment of the peace mechanism.It also probes into the uncertainty of the partilipants and the unstability of the realization route.The thesis also analyzes the problem of US army in South Korea and depicts the basic position and responsibilities of China and South Korea.It analyzes the positive and neative factors and the results of the cooperation on the establishment of peace mechanism.At last,this thesis stimulates thoughts on the cooperation course between China and South Korea.Evenfually,this thesis put forward my own suggestions on the China-South Korea cooperation of the esblishment of peace mechanism on the Korea Peninsula. |
