| With the development of targeted poverty alleviation,great achievements have been made in China’s poverty alleviation work.However,poverty still cannot be ignored.The number of poor people in China’s rural areas is still very large.This research to the rural poor families of teenagers as the research object,adopted qualitative research methods,through interviews with the depth of the teenagers in poor rural families,from the family’s belief system,organization pattern and communication three dimensions,parent-child interaction characteristics of the rural poor families in China is analyzed,and their effects on adolescent development.According to the research findings,1.from the perspective of family resilience system,rural poor families show the following characteristics:(1).Family belief system characteristics:Pay more attention to the family as a whole;Do not emphasize the importance of family members;Positive attitude towards adversity;Children lack encouragement and affirmation from their parents when they grow up;There is a traditional preference for sons over daughters;(2)Characteristics of family organization pattern: The father is the backbone of the family,the mother is the family caregiver;Children’s role in the family changes with age;Family members respect each other but lack a sense of connection;(3)Characteristics of family communication:Communication time level: parent-child communication is generally less;Communication content level: communication content presents age difference characteristics;Emotional expression and response: the active expression of positive emotion,the extreme expression of negative emotion and the neglect of sexual response;Conflict resolution: conflict resolution strategies tend to compromise and avoid2.The positive influence of the characteristics of parent-child interaction in rural poor families on teenagers is mainly reflected in the following aspects: positive and positive cultivation of values and behavior habits;Independent thinking and self-reliance;The negative effects are mainly reflected in: lack of courage and self-confidence;Lack of frank and open emotional expression habits;The way to deal with conflicts tends to be accommodating and evasive;Lack of a correct view of gender and the way to get along with the opposite sexBased on this,social workers can apply the method of community work to intervene and improve the parent-child interaction in rural families through community publicity,large-scale activities and group activities involving families. |
