As China’s economic and social life rhythm speeding up and the general improvement of education degree, there has been a significantly lower birth rate, combined with the material life level unceasing enhancement, the life of the social members significantly longer, two reasons to cause the aging stage in our country’s social structure. At present, China has the largest elderly population in the world, and the size of the elderly population will rapidly grow in the future. But our country’s aging population’s age is inversely proportional to aging population’s healthy living index, and the time of disease-free life expectancy is very short, quality of life is not relatively high. Especially the old people in the poor areas, disease more highlights its of a deadly blow to the family. Once the elderly living in the poor areas are not healthy, the negative impact to themselves and their families will be more severe, more persistent, or even intergenerational passing.References in this paper is from relevant research about the health of the elderly at home and abroad, especially the survey data of “Investigation of the population in poor areas in Hebei Province” project about health status descriptive statistical analysis and logistic regression analysis of the elderly in poor rural areas of Hebei Province, which is issued by Hebei University in 2013. According to several aspects of the elderly self-rated health, comprehensive self-care ability, the economic variables of the elderly population of investigation are treatment during the year, medical expenses and the others. Because there are several complex aspects could affect the elderly health condition, this paper investigate main aspects together including not only the elderly health condition impact on families, but also the elderly population’s age, marital status, education level, whether children are filial and the other factors so as to impoverish the relationship between the country’s elderly population economic burden of disease and family poverty in Hebei province poor areas.In view of the material analysis and conclusions of this paper, this paper put forward the improvement measures from the following aspects, in order to improve the old people’s health in poor areas of Hebei province. First, strengthen the health consciousness of the elderly education in poor areas, and actively promote the new rural cooperative medical system to deal with the disease, to mitigate the adverse impact of poverty on health risks. Secondly, increase government investment, increase of the elderly population medical assistance efforts. Third, improve the rural pension system especially the poor areas, the implementation of the family based old-age social pension, supplemented by the way, to improve the method of endowment way. Finally, a variety of ways to increase farmers’ income, and actively to dispel the health and the vicious cycle of poverty.
