| With the continuous development of community volunteer service,the former spontaneous and decentralized extensive model has been unable to adapt to the new development needs.Under the new situation,the depth and breadth of community volunteer service are constantly expanding,and the characteristics of project-based are particularly significant.The advantages of project-based management,such as clear objectives,standardized operation,sustained stability,higher efficiency,and more attractive to volunteers,have attracted more and more attention from relevant government departments,grass-roots community workers and organizations engaged in voluntary services.However,under the influence of relevant factors,the development of project-based management of community volunteer service in Beijing city still needs further improvement and improvement.In the study of community volunteer service,first,from the theoretical level,the related contents of community volunteer service are discussed,and the characteristics and advantages of project-based management are emphatically analyzed.Secondly,taking the market as the research object,this paper comprehensively discusses the present situation of voluntary service project management in the city,and proposes that there is a project planning unscientific at the present stage of project-based management.Unreasonable,Limited professional level in project-based management process,shortage of funds and low conversion rate of results in community volunteer service projects,and insufficient motive force for sustainable development.In view of these problems,through the exploration of relevant literature at home and abroad,and from the three specific cases of Community Youth Union,An Lan home,Shiyuan street community public welfare minimally invasive investment analysis,this paper puts forward corresponding measures to improve the project-based management of community volunteer service in Beijing,including: improving the project-based management system,building a project-based management organization,and improving the scientific nature of project-based management. |
