| In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the importance of the party’s political and economic construction has been discussed many times.It is clear that politics is the fundamental requirement of the Communist Party as a Marxist party,and the party’s political construction is the fundamental construction of the party.At present,China is in an important period of comprehensively deepening the reform.A series of major reforms such as the reform of the party’s system construction provide new opportunities,new requirements and new tasks for strengthening the party construction of public security organs.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of public security organs many times,and put forward many demands for public security work.We must uphold the party’s leadership in public security work and ensure the people’s public security.It points out the direction for the construction of the party and the management of the public security team in the new era.It is our duty to firmly grasp this "scientific judgment" and provide the public security wisdom and public security plan for the decisive victory of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,realizing the common prosperity of all the people and realizing the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.Putting political construction in the first place is the basic requirement of public security organs and the primary task of political construction of public security organs.In this paper,the search and collation of related literature books,academic papers,journals and other documents,using the literature research method,survey method,experience summary method to carry out research.The purpose of this paper is to study the problems in the party construction management of D City Public Security Bureau in the new era,analyze the problems with the above research methods,find out the causes of the problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Through the questionnaire and special interview of Party construction management,the data and interview contents are analyzed comprehensively,and it can be concluded that the factors restricting the party construction management of public security in D city are as follows: the leadership of Party construction management is not strong,the effectiveness of Party construction organization is not fully exerted,the management plan of Party construction is absent,and the control power of Party construction management is weakened;the causes are also various,such as party construction management The management mode is unitary,there is a gap in the implementation of the organizational system,the management plan of the party construction is not perfect,and the control power of the party construction management is not reasonably used.On the basis of in-depth study on the management of public security party building,this paper,through questionnaire and interview,and after reliability and validity test,fully draws lessons from the advanced practices of Xi’an and Tianjin Public Security Bureau,and combines with the highlights of the city’s policies,obtains effective solutions,such as building a diversified party building management model to improve the ideology and consciousness of Party members,and forming an organization Standardized performance evaluation system of public security party construction,learning plan for improving Party construction management business ability,problem-oriented party construction management control,and new management mode of public security party construction with local policy highlights are formed,so as to promote and apply experience. |
