Research On Legal Issues Of Governance Rules Of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank

The current trend of globalization of the world economy is obvious.The developing countries have ushered in a good development opportunity,but imperfect infrastructure has greatly hindered economic development.Under the current economic order,many international financial institutions are controlled by developed countries such as the United States and Japan.These countries dominate the flow of institutional funds to a large extent.This unreasonable development situation has greatly restricted the economic development of a large number of emerging countries,including China.The problems that have emerged have made countries’ desire to promote the reform of international financial institutions stronger and stronger.The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank（AIIB）was established under such an international situation.The AIIB is China’s first attempt to establish a multilateral financial institution.Compared with other multilateral financial institutions,the AIIB has many innovations,such as the distribution of voting rights,the conversion of capital shares,and voting system and so on are all very innovative,and have high research,learning value and reference significance.This article uses the research methods of literature research and comparative analysis to introduce the focus by introducing the background and process of the establishment of the AIIB—the governance structure of the AIIB and its characteristics,and using a comparative perspective to compare the governance structures of the AIIB and other financial institutions.Based on this,the innovative approach adopted by the AIIB in its governance structure is summarized.Of course,is the AIIB’s innovation “grounded” as a “emerging thing”? What problems does its development face? This is also the problem that I want to study.At the end of the article,based on the previous research,I further study development status and existing problems of the AIIB at this stage,and try to put forward feasible suggestions for these problems.
