Research On The Revitalization Of Suburban Village Industry Led By Party Building At The Primary Level

The rural revitalization strategy is a major decision made at the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China.n the guiding opinions on promoting the revitalization of rural industries,it is clearly pointed out that industrial prosperity is an important basis for rural revitalization and a prerequisite for solving all problems in rural areas.In the opinions on the implementation of the rural vitalization strategy,it is clarified that the party must unswervingly adhere to and strengthen the party’s leadership over rural work in order to ensure that the party always commands the overall situation and coordinates all parties in the rural work,so as to provide a political guarantee for rural vitalization.Therefore,the implementation of the industrial revitalization process to accurately grasp the leading position of the party organization.Suburban village is a village located between the city and the traditional village,which is adjacent to the suburbs of the city.Therefore,the practice mode and effect of rural vitalization in suburban villages are not the same as those in traditional villages,which can create a more unique and favorable geographical,political and resource environment,which is highlighted in the process of industrial vitalization.Based on the above understanding,this paper takes the suburban village as a special subject of the village area as the research object,and explores the development path of the grass-roots party organizations to lead the industrial revitalization of the suburban village by improving their own construction.Starting from the interpretation of the connotation of industrial revitalization and its role in rural revitalization,this paper takes the construction theory of the communist party of China(CPC),the theory of urban-rural integration,and the analytical paradigm of party-centrism as tools to study the industrial development of suburban villages led by grassroots party construction.This paper takes field research as the research method,through which it is learned that zhongliang village,one of the suburban villages in nanning city,guangxi province,has achieved remarkable and representative results in leading industrial construction through grassroots party construction,and then carries out in-depth research.By referring to the industrial development achievements of zhongliang village,the paper deeply analyzes its operation mode,and further explores the practical path of the industrial revitalization led by the party construction at the grassroots level in suburban villages.
