The Double Experience Of Life

Every year,a large number of soldiers will be discharged from active service,especially after the military system reform in 2016,the number of retired soldiers will increase greatly.The long-term closed life and work of the army solidified the style and habits of the soldiers.When they left the army and returned to the local areas,they found great changes and differences with those before they joined the army.With the change of environment,the change of occupation and the reconstruction of interpersonal relationship,many retired soldiers are at a loss in the face of the "new" environment and have different degrees of social reintegration obstacles.Because of the particularity of professional status and secondary integration,which is different from other groups’ interaction and integration,it is of pioneering significance for the study of social interaction and integration of floating population.This paper focuses on qualitative research,supplemented by quantitative research,By depicting the social interaction of soldiers before and after retirement,and paying attention to the impact of two environmental changes on retired soldiers,willingness to develop interpersonal communication,practical action and psychological effect,This paper discusses the dynamic interaction among media function,interpersonal communication,career change and social reintegration,and then studies the dynamic interaction between social interaction and social integration of retired soldiers.Interpersonal interaction and media interaction run through the two integration of soldiers from enlistment to retirement,showing two different life experiences.It is found that the depth of social interaction is directly proportional to the completion of social reintegration.From the perspective of the development and change of social interaction of retired soldiers.This paper expounds the communication of social mobility,interpersonal communication and life practice,and analyzes the social reintegration of retired soldiers,and studies how these variables affect the social integration of retired soldiers in the context of communication.It brings new ideas to the study of retired soldiers and their social reintegration from the perspective of communication.It plays an important role in understanding the social interaction and integration of soldiers after their retirement,pushing them to complete the transformation between the military and the local areas,returning to the local areas to play the advantage of talent value,and maintaining social peace and stability.
