| In the new era,the contradiction between people’s yearning for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development is gradually highlighted.In the face of diversified customer needs,how to create high-quality products that customers like and see,and how to meet customers’ personalized needs is an important starting point for enterprises to obtain core competitiveness and maintain competitive advantage.The building of refined products can not be separated from the support of craftsman type talent resources,and also from the leading role of craftsman spirit.Therefore,how to cultivate craftsman spirit and give full play to the value of craftsman spirit has become an urgent problem to be solved.In recent years,with the transformation and upgrading of the domestic economic structure and changes in people’s needs,all sectors of society have widely called for the return of the spirit of craftsmen.It seems that the spirit of craftsmen has become the consensus of the whole people.In this situation,the craftsmanship spirit has gradually entered the research field of view of many scholars,and has become the "sweet and sour" in the eyes of scholars.At present,the research on the craftsman spirit in the academic circles focuses on connotation summary,cultivation path,influencing factors,historical heritage,and the value of the times,etc.,and has obtained rich research results,but basically all belong to the category of qualitative research,empirical on the craftsman spirit Quantitative research is relatively few and relatively inadequate,so the current exploration of empirical quantitative research on craftsmanship needs to be strengthened.Based on this,this article takes the artisan spirit as the starting point,uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,follows a rigorous research procedure,and conducts an extensive and in-depth discussion on the artisan spirit,trying to expand the research scope of the artisan spirit,thereby supplementing the existing artisan spirit Insufficient research.This research is based on the combing of the literature related to craftsman spirit,through the on-the-spot interview and investigation of enterprises,the translation of the documentary "craftsman in a big country",the collection of typical stories of craftsman,the combination of first-hand and second-hand materials,the use of grounded theoretical research methods,through the three-level coding procedures of open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,the three-dimensional structure of craftsman spirit is extracted It includes dedication,innovation and excellence,and on this basis,it develops the measurement scale of craftsman spirit.Next,taking the sense of professional mission as the antecedent variable,the sense of organizational support as the moderating variable,and the spirit of craftsman as the outcome variable,the empirical study shows that the three dimensions of the sense of professional mission and the spirit of craftsman are positively correlated,and the sense of organizational support plays a positive moderating role in them.Based on the above research,this paper broadens the scope of the current academic research on craftsman spirit,and empirically tests the boundary conditions of professional sense of mission and craftsman spirit.At the same time,it puts forward suggestions on the cultivation of craftsman spirit from three aspects: first,identify the content structure of craftsman spirit to provide reference indicators for the selection of craftsman trees;second,scientifically select and cultivate high potential employees to stimulate the vitality of employees;third,pay attention to the interaction between individuals and organizations.However,due to the time limit,data difficulty and research difficulty of researchers,the research objects in the research are concentrated in a certain enterprise and lack of universality,which needs to be widened by the follow-up researchers.At the same time,quantitative research on other aspects of craftsman spirit can be further explored. |
