| The research on the vulnerability of farmers’ livelihood can provide scientific basis for realizing diversified livelihood strategies and sustainable development of relocated farmers’ livelihood.Under the guidance of the definition of IPCC vulnerability,combined with the sustainable livelihood framework,this study analyzes the vulnerability of farmers’ livelihood capital,and makes clear the current situation,vulnerability performance and vulnerability influencing factors of the livelihood capital of relocated farmers,so as to provide policy suggestions for reducing the vulnerability of farmers’ livelihood capital.Based on the sample of 304 relocated households in Longli County,this paper constructs a quantitative analysis index system of household livelihood capital according to the characteristics of the sample area,studies the livelihood vulnerability of the farmers in the sample area by the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis,and analyzes the influencing factors of the livelihood vulnerability of the farmers in the sample area by the multiple linear regression model.The main contents are as follows: Based on the investigation of the relocated farmers in Longli County,the livelihood capital of the relocated farmers is evaluated and analyzed with the framework of sustainable livelihood analysis;as for the vulnerability of livelihood,this paper analyzes 27 indicators with entropy weight method,and measures the vulnerability of livelihood with IPCC livelihood vulnerability evaluation method;this paper uses multiple regression model to analyze the vulnerability of livelihood To explore the influencing factors of sex,this paper discusses the impact of four factors(family factor,external factor,social factor and policy factor)and 11 indicators on the vulnerability of farmers’ livelihood.The conclusions are shown in three aspects: first,the vulnerability of financial and social capital is low.The stock of capital such as natural capital and human capital is relatively small.The most poor is the material capital,which has a high degree of vulnerability.Second,the overall livelihood vulnerability of farmers is negative,and part of the livelihood vulnerability of 304 households is positive,so thefarmers have certain vulnerability.The later the year of relocation,the more vulnerable the livelihood of the farmers,the more vulnerable the resettlement location in the county than the resettlement location in the township,and the more vulnerable the livelihood of the farmers with single livelihood type.Third,the situation of receiving vocational training,types of livelihood,credit capital,social assistance,available supply and demand assistance,social network,employment opportunities provided by the government,policy support and other aspects have a negative correlation with the vulnerability of livelihood.The ratio of expenditure after relocation,the negative impact of relocation,and the loss of relocation property are positively correlated with the vulnerability of livelihood.Finally,targeted suggestions are put forward for the relocated farmers to dig deep human resources,strengthen training,solve the financial contradictions of farmers,improve the financial capital of farmers,innovate and develop industries,realize the sustainable development of relocated farmers’ livelihood,improve relevant policies and measures,and ensure the rights and interests of relocated farmers,so as to optimize the livelihood capital of farmers,reduce the livelihood risk and improve the adaptability of farmers,Suggestions on reducing the livelihood vulnerability of relocated farmers in xiaolongli county. |
