The development of the Internet age is accelerating,and the era of "Internet +" has quietly arrived.As a branch of the "Internet and Catering" online meal ordering model,it provides people with new and convenient dining methods.According to the report of the 3.15 party in 2016,there is a huge potential for food safety in the “Hungry” online ordering platform.Many restaurants do not have the actual place of business and the certificate,and some even operate without a license.In actual operations,the "Hungry?" Platform also exists to indulge merchants’ fictional store addresses,upload fake store interiors and kitchen photos,and even allow unauthorised black workshops to settle in.Health issues are a top priority for each of us.With traditional regulatory concepts,we have been unable to meet the food safety regulatory requirements in the era of online transactions.How to supervise catering and food safety under the new Internet model,so that consumers’ rights and interests are not Trampling again is a new topic of supervision for government departments.This article starts with the basic theory of online food ordering food safety supervision and first analyzes the concept of online food ordering and the concept comparison,and analyzes the necessity of supervision of the online food ordering model as a new catering market.The analysis of the current status of the operation and the summary of relevant cases have drawn the important and difficult points of supervision.Based on the above discussions,combined with the reasons for the lack of relevant supervision,we can take appropriate measures and propose targeted countermeasures from the aspects of system,model,standard,responsibility and relief.
