Factors Motivating Public Sector Employee | | Posted on:2021-07-15 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Institution:University | Candidate:Abubaker Muhammad | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2506306305466964 | Subject:Business management | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Over the past twenty years or so,research on the "Public Service Motivation" idea has seen quick development.Despite the moderately huge number of publications to date,no systematic study has been done,leaving the body of literature to some degree unstructured and possibly hampering future investigation.There are some more important issues hanging in the balance,such as the need to motivate public human resources and other individuals to help others and further the public interest.We have utilized the deductive approach in this research.We will use primary data by conducting a survey and will use quantitative strategy.We will collect data through Questionnaires from more than 200 Public Sector Employees;asking them their dissatisfaction,impartiality,and satisfaction with different features of their job.The Questions contained almost all the major motivational factors,which hold significant importance in their high-quality performance.However,a study from past researches utilized in this study showed that different results might be obtained from diverse groups of already working employees.This research in this manner can be seen as an introduction to a more detailed study to be carried by future researchers on the field of employee motivation.Graphic measurements based on recurrence tables and charts were utilized to supply data on statistic factors.Moreover,Cross tables were used to analyze the responses depending upon distinctive statistic and other factors.The main reason for this research is to "assess the role of work motivation on worker Performance".Motivation is one of the most important thing which plays a vital role in employee’s work performance.If the employees are happy and motivated during their job then they will perform wholeheartedly with full of their capability.A motivated employee is a big asset of any company because he can work with full of his abilities and would be very profitable for the organization.Hence,the inspiration of workers within the public sector or any sector is critical in all perspectives.Management should continuously be working in arrange to energize and encourage its employees.Human Asset is the essential and most vital asset in any organization.Management should work more definitely for them as if their human resource is satisfied,motivated,and positively energetic than the output is an excellent performance.The survey is aiming to urge their response on what they feel is(are)the finest components that might motivate them as potential workers. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | work motivation, employee performance, job satisfaction | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
