| With the continuous advancement of the urbanization process in depth and breadth,the clustering effect of people becomes more and more obvious in cities.As the living area is tightening day by day,the city has to expand.The government began to expand in rural areas on the fringes of cities.Therefore,as a transitional form of urban development,the village-to-residential community came into being.As a way of urban renewal,the village-to-residential community has a different management style from the urban community due to the complexity of its composition.After the original village was demolished and rebuilt,the farmers were forced to move to the closed living space of the community.As the basic unit of residents’ life,the community is an important place for residents to exercise their autonomy rights.Only when the community continuously improves the relevant systems and systems can it ensure that residents can participate in community affairs normally.However,in the communities where villages are relocated,since most residents are forced to go upstairs after losing their land,their ideology cannot keep up with the speed of community relocation and restructuring.Therefore,when the community is carrying out activities,the displaced residents still only care about the distribution of the collective economy in the community for a while,but pay less attention to the political activities in the community.At the same time,because the social norms formed by the villagers before the village change have been deeply rooted,they violated the governance needs of the new type of community,resulting in the low participation of the residents.In order to better study the participation of residents in communities where villages have been converted,this article takes H Community in Licang District,Qingdao City as the case study object Through long-term field visits and questionnaire surveys,the current participation of residents in Community H is detailed.Understanding.According to the collected data and information,the content of the data is classified into five categories,namely participation awareness,participation willingness,participation content,participation channels and participation degree.Analyze the current issues of residents’ participation in the community based on the five types of residents’ participation.That is,the residents’lack of participation ability,weak willingness to participate,single content of participation,etc.,and insufficient depth of residents’ participation.Finally,this article analyzes how to improve the current situation of insufficient participation of residents in the village-replaced community from the three element categories of residents,participation system,and social capital.Of course,the village-to-residential community will continue to develop over time,and the residents’ willingness to participate will also increase with the continuous efforts of the community.Therefore,in order to allow residents to participate more actively in community governance,the community must continue to explore and learn from relevant experience and theories,so as to enrich community practice,promote the democratic autonomy of villages and communities,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of communities,and realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas. |
