Quantitative Evaluation Of Residents' Participation In The Renovation Of Old Residential Area

With the continuous development of our society,in order to meet the relevant requirements of the people for the living environment,China has launched the renovation of old residential areas in all regions.In the process of urbanization,people have produced some new requirements on the quality of living space,which have many contradictions and conflicts with the existing situation of community living space.In recent years,all parts of the country have introduced corresponding measures to promote the construction of old residential areas.The implementation of this measure has enabled many idle and wasted space in the old residential area to be developed and utilized,and improved the spatial environment of residents in their current life.However,in the process of reconstruction,contradictions between residents and neighbors,obstruction of construction and other situations often occur.The main reason is that residents’ participation in the reconstruction of the old residential area is not high,and there is also a lack of quantitative evaluation of residents’ participation in the reconstruction process.This paper takes the residents’ participation behavior in the old district reconstruction as the research object,and defines the concept and connotation of the old district reconstruction,residents’ participation and participation.Taking into account the various evaluation indicators of residents’ participation behavior,the participation degree of residents’ participation behavior in the renovation of old residential areas was divided,and the participation degree of each type of residents was evaluated according to the expert evaluation system of participation degree.At the same time,it studies the internal and external factors that affect the degree of participation,analyzes the promotion methods of residents’ participation,and puts forward the promotion mechanism of residents’ participation.The research results of this paper can quantitatively analyze the participation of residents in the renovation of old residential areas,and explore the mechanism that can affect the renovation of old residential areas.Assist the government in adopting various ways,from bottom to top,to include residents in the renovation of old residential areas,so that residents can better integrate into this process,so that residents have greater interest in this process,so that residents’ participation can be improved with the continuous progress of the renovation of old residential areas.
