The Research Of "Residents Self Management Mode" On Dongcangmen Community Of Beilin Area

As the system reform and the development of market economy,urban community has gradually become the strategic space of China's democratic political construction.Urban community resident autonomy as an important part of the grass-roots democracy in China,is a kind of important form of autonomy of the masses.Different regions in the practice of residents'autonomy has a different way,in Beilin community residents autonomy is the main body according to the actual circumstance of community created "residents groups from tube model",as an effective supplement to the existing residents of autonomy way.This paper adopts literature research,investigation,interview method,in order to beilin east gate community residents "team since the pipe model" of development as the breakthrough point of the study,through field investigation results,in the process of interview understand its conduct and the autonomous mode to promote the role of community autonomy.Found in the study the successful practice of "mode of residents groups since",achieved the goal of "my village I decide",make the residents to find new ways to participate in community public affairs,strengthen the civil consciousness of the residents,the master consciousness and social responsibility,aroused the public heart of the masses,condensed the neighborhood relationship,to carry forward the fine tradition of the neighbourhood watch help,promoted the residents'autonomy and community construction.Also found that the current "residents groups from tube model”in the process of running there is a low degree of specialization,team community since the overall participation is not enough,since team lack of normalized mechanism as well as the community party organization does not play a leading role as the core of these problems.Through theoretical research and investigation and analysis,residents public awareness is weak,residents' committees and the grass-roots government's emphasis and community party organization work mechanism is not sound enough.And in view of the current problems,put forward to improve the professional team of broadening the channels for residents to participate in,to strengthen the community party building in "residents groups from tube model" play a central role in the countermeasure and the suggestion,such as in order to help the further practice of autonomous way,thus promote the healthy and orderly development of the community residents autonomy.
