| Tourism is an important part of the service industry,and it is a n important engine to accelerate the transformation of the old and ne w kinetic energy and realize the optimization and upgrading of the in dustrial structure.The purpose of developing global tourism is to re alize the resource integration,industrial integration and social co governance of the target region,and form a new mode of promoting the regional economic and social development by tourism.Global tourism has become the overall strategy guiding the development of China’s to urism industry.As a service industry,global tourism needs governmen t departments to play its management and regulation functions to guid e its development.However,global tourism is still in its infancy.T he research on the function of local government in the process of glo bal tourism development is not deep enough.The role of local governm ent in the development of global tourism is not accurate.The tourism management system and mechanism are not perfect.It does not give fu 11 play to the planning guidance,public service,overall coordinatio n,publicity and promotion of global tourism.Therefore,how to enhan ce the role of local government in the development of global tourism has become an urgent issue.Based on this,taking Boshan District of Zibo City in Shandong Pr ovince as an example,this paper systematically analyzes and deeply d iscusses how the local government plays a role in the development of global tourism.Based on the market failure theory,industry integrat ion theory and service-oriented government theory,combined with the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper takes Boshan District of Zibo City as the research object,on the basis of the cu rrent situation of Boshan District’s global tourism development,This paper summarizes the role and existing problems of Boshan District G overnment in the development of global tourism,and deeply analyzes t he causes of the problems.Through the research,it is found that the main problems existing in the role of Boshan District Government in the development of global tourism are that the comprehensive manageme nt system of global tourism is not perfect,the public service system is not fully up to the standard,the supporting guarantee policies o f global tourism are not effective,and the comprehensive management system of global tourism is not perfect The integration of culture an d tourism industry needs to be further deepened.In view of these pro blems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the gov ernment’s role in the development of Boshan District’s global tourism,that is,to improve the global tourism planning and security policie s,strengthen the construction of tourism infrastructure,improve the level of public services,improve the tourism management mechanism,form a joint force in the development of global tourism,and focus on promoting the integrated development of cultural tourism industry.A mong them,the innovation of this paper is to put forward specific me asures to promote the development of cultural and tourism industry in tegration in Boshan District,including the reasonable formulation of cultural and tourism integration support policies,the improvement o f cultural and tourism integration multiple input mechanism,the real ization of the organic combination of cultural resources and tourism resources,the realization of the deep integration of culture and tou rism commodities Cultivating and introducing cultural and tourism pro fessionals will help to realize the high-quality development of Bosha n District’s tourism. |
