Study On The Governmental Functions In The Global Tourism Development Of Huadu District In Guangzhou

The Chinese economy is currently undergoing a huge structural reform,gradually phasing out high-consumption,high-pollution,high-emission industries and promoting the development of green and low-carbon industries such as tourism.In recent years,China's tourism industry has grown rapidly,but the traditional ticket economy has encountered development bottlenecks.The proposal of global tourism has opened a wider space for the development of tourism.Global tourism requires the promotion of comprehensive development of "eating,housing,travel,tourism,shopping,entertainment",which can not only meet the travel needs of the public,but also promote economic development..Huadu District,Guangzhou has a beautiful ecological environment,obvious location advantages,and rich tourism resources,and has good conditions for the development of global tourism.The Huadu District Government attaches great importance to the development of the tourism industry,and has promoted the development of tourism in the entire region by increasing policy support,transforming infrastructure,developing tourism resources,and supervising market order,and has achieved good results.This article mainly uses the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method to study the role of the Huadu District Government in promoting the development of the global tourism from the perspective of the combination of theory and practice,and finds some problems,mainly the introduction of policies Lack of systematicity,the supply of public facilities cannot fully meet market demand,insufficient promotion and integration of tourism resources,and loopholes in market supervision.The main reasons for these problems are insufficient attention to market laws,tight government finances,inadequate professional talent reserves,and inadequate relevant systems and standards.In view of the existing problems and reasons,some suggestions were made to help improve the role of the government.First,strengthen overall planning to ensure the continuity of policies;second,expand financing channels and improve the construction of tourism facilities;third,promote the integration of tourism resources,Build a tourism brand;Fourth,improve the supervision system and build service standards.
