Research On The Construction And Promotion Of Featured Small Towns

Characteristic small towns are currently an important carrier for my country to promote the development of new urbanization and an important means to solve the problem of supply-side structural reforms.Cultivating and constructing characteristic small towns from the vanguard of administrative towns and economically developed towns is an important path for the promotion of county urbanization under the background of new urbanization.The "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for the National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and the Outline of Long-Term Goals for 2035" pointed out that the new-type urbanization strategy centered on people will be further promoted,and large,medium and small cities will be promoted with the support of urban agglomerations and metropolitan areas.Coordinated,linked,and characteristic development of small towns.In the context of the continuous improvement of the level of new urbanization,exploring and studying the construction practice of characteristic small towns has important academic theoretical value and practical application value.Featured small towns,as an important combination of new urbanization and rural revitalization,are an important platform for promoting high-quality economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading in the region.The construction of characteristic small cities and towns must not only reflect the characteristics,but also pay attention to the improvement of the connotation of urbanization.However,some problems have been exposed in the actual construction of characteristic small towns,which have deviated from the original intention of development and need to be corrected.Based on a large number of documents and field investigations,this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of characteristic small towns,combined with typical cases of characteristic small town construction,summarizes the construction experience of characteristic small towns,and uses public management theory to analyze characteristic small towns.The problems and reasons in the construction process,and related countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,which enriched our country’s theory on the construction of characteristic small towns,and at the same time provided a certain reference value for the construction of characteristic small towns.This thesis is composed of seven parts.The first part is the introduction.It discusses the research background and significance of characteristic small towns construction.It sorts out the relevant literature on the construction and development of characteristic small towns at home and abroad.At the same time,the first part also Wrote the innovations of this article and the areas that need improvement.The second part defines the new urbanization and characteristic small towns and other related concepts,and constructs the required theoretical framework,including push-pull theory,embeddedness theory and industrial cluster theory.The third part is the basic analysis of characteristic small towns,sorting out the construction elements of characteristic small towns,analyzing the formation mechanism of characteristic small towns and dividing the construction types.The fourth part is the empirical analysis of typical cases of characteristic small towns.By analyzing the basic situation,construction measures and effects of three typical cases of Yuhuangmiao Town,Qifeng Town and Manzhuang Town,summarize the construction experience of characteristic small towns.The fifth part sorts out the problems and reasons in the construction of characteristic small towns based on the summary of typical cases.The sixth part puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of characteristic small cities and towns according to the corresponding construction problems.The seventh part summarizes the construction of characteristic small towns in order to find ways to better promote the construction of characteristic small towns,so as to promote the development of regional urbanization.
