Research On The Construction Of Rural Characteristic Town In The Process Of Urbanization

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China strategically proposed the concept of rural revitalization.This is a further sublimation of the building of a new socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics,this is an important strategic decision to realize the great Chinese dream of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and to build a well-off society in an all-round way.According to relevant data,there are about 580,000 administrative villages and more than 3 million natural villages in the country.As industrialization and urbanization continue to advance,a considerable proportion of traditional villages will inevitably die.As the great writer Feng Jicai asked,traditional villages are the greatest wealth left by the farming civilization for Chinese society and the longest and most distant roots of China's long-standing civilization.From a long-term perspective,returning to the village and returning to nature are the original nature of mankind,the inevitable trend of the evolution of human civilization,and the righteousness of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The author takes the rural town in the process of urbanization as the research object,and selects Lijun town in Hebei province as the case study object.From the perspective of analysis of community building and rural rejuvenation,a comprehensive overview of the construction of Lijun Town was carried out through the comprehensive use of literature research methods,field investigation methods,normative research methods and case study methods.Lijun featured town construction,successfully borrowed experience from the Taiwanese community,and developed a unique cultural resource from Lijun-Lijun cultural symbolization-Lijun culture industrialization-Lijun the evolution path of the culture of king culture;In the end,the author analyzes the social and economic benefits of the construction of Lijun Township with an "Activity Week" as an entry point,and points out the outstanding issues facing the construction of Lijun Township.The content of this article mainly includes the following parts from the logical hierarchical relationship.The first part is the introduction.First,the object that the author studied-the construction of rural villages in the process of urbanization-is taken as an example in the town of Lijun in Hebei province to illustrate the origin and significance of this study.Second,the author passed the combing of research status at home and abroad has confirmed the analysis of this article from the perspective of community building and village rejuvenation.Finally,it elaborates related concepts and case presentations,and provides theoretical support for the subsequent overview.The second part is the retrospective part of the construction of featured towns.On the one hand,from the aspect of national top-level design,it mainly reviews the village-based theory of previous leaders of Xi Jinping and the rejuvenation of socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics in the new period of Xi Jinping;On the other hand,in the context of China's existing administrative system,the development of rural villages with distinctive features has taken root in various places.Daming County in Hebei Province has established the role of historical and cultural city and tourism garden city.To sum up,they all provide comprehensive theories,systems,and road preparations for the construction of Lijun Township in Hebei Province.The third part is the basic preparation phase for the construction of Lijun Township.Through the preparation of the township civilization and effective governance,the Lijiang cultural resources with the distinctive features of the town have been excavated.This symbolizes the two steps of Li Jun' s characteristic culture.The fourth part is the construction and implementation phase of Lijun Town.Through the construction of ecological livability,industrial prosperity and living prosperity,Lijun Cultural Industrialization of Lijun Town Construction has been realized-Li Jun cultural township across.The fifth part is the late-stage summary of the construction of Lijun Town.The author attempts to analyze the social and economic benefits of the construction of Lijun Town by taking a "Activity Week"as an entry point,and sums up the construction of Lijun Township.To sum up,the town of lijun has come out of the road of the village revitalization with the characteristics of the production and the characteristic countryside of the town.The author finally pointed out the outstanding issues facing the construction of Lijun Town.In the conclusion,the characteristic town of Lijun will involve Lijun culture with the characteristics in the entire construction process,and construct a strategic framework for rural revitalization with cultural cultivation as the strategy,multi-subject cooperation as the core,and sustained and healthy development as the goals.Based on the theoretical experience of the Japanese and Taiwanese communities,the author traces and composes the entire process of creating a characteristic town of Lijun to confirm the value of the industrial interaction model through cultural cultivation,supporting support,and cooperation between the people and the people in the new era.The township construction provides a vivid case and useful model,which has certain reference value for cultural intervention in the construction of featured towns.
