Research On Improving The Public Service Capability Of Township Government

The public service ability of township government has a direct impact on people’s quality of life.Under the background of rural reform in China,township government begins to change its government function.This makes the public service ability of township government improved to a certain extent,and has achieved some positive results in improving the quality of life of township residents.However,due to the existence of urban and rural quadratic element structure for a long time,although the township government’s public service capacity has been improved,but in the face of the rapid growth of people’s service demand,There is still a slow problem in improving the public service capacity of township government,which leads to the contradiction between the actual demand of the people and the service supply of government departments.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was pointed out that "Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the principal contradictions in our society have been transformed into contradictions between the growing needs of the people for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development." In order to better solve the contradiction,the township government can not meet the existing achievements,we should constantly examine their own shortcomings in the improvement of public service capacity.In this paper,it is necessary to carry out research on the improvement of public service ability of township government,to help township government find out the problems of improving public service ability,and to provide suggestions and countermeasures for township government to optimize public service ability.Before the research,this paper collects and collates a large number of domestic and foreign literature,clarifies the related concepts of township government,public service ability and so on,collates the theoretical research foundation of this paper,and summarizes the new public service theory and governance theory.Then,by combining the questionnaire survey method with the content analysis method,Fengjia Town,Zhanhua District,was taken as an example to investigate the public service ability of the local township government.To understand the satisfaction of local government staff and residents to the township government public service,to provide primary data support for this study.Combined with the data published on the website of the township government,the shortcomings of the government public service in Fengjia Town are summarized,and the causes are analyzed.Finally,it is necessary to establish and perfect the public service management system and enhance the government public service governance ability.Finally,it is necessary to channels and enhance the government public service response ability.It is hoped that the research of this paper can play a positive role in the optimization of public service ability of township government in China.
