Research On The Optimization Of Government Functions In The Development Of Rural Tourism In D County

At present,rural tourism is playing a more and more important role in promoting the development of tourism and helping rural areas increase income.It is not only important for developing tourism,but also for agriculture.In recent years,many places promote rural tourism development to realize the comprehensive development of rural tourism and increase the residence income,and achieve remarkable economic and social effects.However,in the process of rural tourism development,some problems are exposed due to the lack of government functions.Taking D County as an example,according to the research idea of raising problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,with the new public management theory,sustainable development theory,government market relationship theory and service-oriented government theory as the theoretical basis,and the research methods of literature review,comparative analysis and field investigation,this paper analyzes the performance of government functions in the process of rural tourism development in D county.This paper reviews and summarizes the existing problems of the government in promoting the development of rural tourism,and provides countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the government functions in the development of rural tourism in D county.This paper finds that the government plays an important role in promoting the development of rural tourism mainly from the aspects of organization and leadership,planning and layout,policy guidance,publicity and marketing,public service and market supervision.The government still has some problems in promoting the development of rural tourism,such as the implementation of rural tourism development planning is not in place,product development and industrial integration is not enough,infrastructure construction is out of date,supporting facilities are not perfect,etc.;with the problems and deficiencies found,combining with the experience of foreign governments in promoting the development of rural tourism,this paper provides some suggestions on optimizing government functions from the following aspects: optimize the department setting,improve the working mechanism;improve the development plan,strengthen the implementation of the plan;strengthen the construction of cadre talent team;meticulously implement product project development,promote industrial integration development;strengthen infrastructure construction;improve supporting service facilities.
