Study On The Optimization Of Fire Hazard Management In The Demolition And Resettlement Community

Since the reform and opening up,tremendous changes have taken place in the economic and social aspects in our country.The level of productivity and urbanization has increased rapidly,and urban-rural integration has become the only way to go through for social development.It requires unifying urban and rural planning,breaking the division of urban and rural areas,separating farmers from land,and transferring farmers out of rural areas through methods such as land acquisition,demolition and resettlement.A large number of land-lost farmers are settled in the government resettlement houses,forming the new type of community where farmers gather.Inevitably,many problems and contradictions sprung up.This paper selects the perspective of the ways to deal with the fire hazard in the new type of community under the background of urban-rural integration to carry out research.This article uses literature research methods,case analysis methods,comparative analysis methods,survey methods(including questionnaires and interviews)and other research methods.Taking the L district of Suzhou City as a case,it shows the fire accidents and its current management situation in the new type of community in recent years.It also analyzed the factors affecting the fire hazards management in the new type of community and studied the management strategy of the fire hazard in the new type of community,pursuing that relatively systematic,comprehensive and effective management strategies can be made to deal with the fire hazard for the specific subject——the new type of community.The research in this article shows that in the new type of community,fire hazard as an important hidden hazard related to the safety of the lives and property of the residents has attracted much attention from many subjects,such as government departments,community managers and residents.The factors contributing to the fire hazards management in the new type of community include not only the "common problems" in the residential quarters,but also the unique features which distinguish from the commercial housing quarters.Through analyzing and judging the current situation of the fire hazard management in the new type of community,taking the characteristics of the new type of the community into consideration,this paper put forward the ways to deal with the fire hazard catering to the reality of the new type of community itself from the perspective of government departments,community managers and residents these three subjects.
