Research On Community Governance Under The Background Of Internet+

At present,the new round of science and technology and industrial revolution represented by information technology has come quietly.China has specifically formulated a program of action and blueprint for development at the 19 th National Congress and proposed to build an Internet powerhouse,digital China,a smart society,and promote the Internet.big data,artificial intelligence,and the real economy are deeply integrated.As an important part of urban governance,community governance has become increasingly difficult and complex with the rapid development of the times.How to use the new technology to better build and develop the community has increasingly become a focus of attention in all walks of life.We must fully integrate the new technologies brought about by the “Internet+” into community governance innovations to improve the ability and level of community governance.In the selection of topics,this article focuses on the academic background of “governance” in the field of public administration.The concept of “governance” cannot be confused with traditional social management.The former is more reflected in the administrative affairs between social parties and the government.Cooperation,while the latter emphasizes the government's administrative management power,which embodies the concept of firmly grasping the management power and is totally inconsistent with the general trend that the government advocated by China today gradually liberalizes administrative power.of.Therefore,transforming the traditional concept of social management into community governance will become an effective way to solve various social problems of the moment,and it will receive the government's attention and support.In view of the problems existing in traditional community governance in China,this paper attempts to analyze how to integrate “Internet +” and community governance through case studies,theoretical analysis,and literature research to better serve the community's construction and development.The theory of urban community governance at home and abroad was combed,and field research was combined.Based on the problems existing in community governance,a brief analysis was made of public affairs participation,public service deployment,and community management systems.In addition,this article focuses on the "Internet +" community governance innovation research,through the comparison with the traditional community governance model,to understand their advantages and disadvantages,and put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures against these issues,and explore new community governance in line with the era background.Model,building a community governance model that is consistent with the background of the era.The main body of this article is divided into five parts: First,it briefly introduces the basic concepts of community governance and “Internet+”.Then it analyzes the problems that traditional community governance faces.Subsequently,this article analyzes the changes brought about by the new needs of the F community in Beijing from the community governance to the combination of the "Internet+." Finally,aiming at the problems faced by the community in the process of using Internet technology to carry out community governance innovation,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are tentatively given to better achieve the improvement of social governance capabilities and service levels.
