| The pension model is an important issue that urgently needs to consider planning and improvement in the background of China’s aging.In the 19 th Communist Party of China National Congress,it is proposed that the issue of aging should be coped with positive attitude.By the end of 2017,there were 240 million people aged or over 60 in China,and the elderly dependency ratio reached 15.9%.And there are 290 million people who have participated in the basic endowment insurance for urban worker and110 million retirees.All kinds of aging problems are constantly worrying us.On account of the city’s condition,people are yearning for a better life.With the speedup of the urbanization,more and more people choose to work,settle down and provide for the aged in the city.The growing elderly group is exploring new ways to enjoy their remainder life."United Endowment for the Aged" is a new type of supplementary method that many elderly people in the new era are willing to try.The development and implementation of the " United Endowment for the Aged" model is expected to meet the needs of the self-dependence elderly in the primary stage of their retirement in some areas of China.The key point is to give full play to the self-help and mutual help ability of the elderly,so as to alleviate the economic and spiritual pressures of these elderly people,and it is bound to alleviate the pressure of old-age care in our society greatly.As a provincial capital city,Fuzhou has many similarities with other cities in terms of pension pressure.As the key target,investigation was carried out in Fuzhou city.Through interviewing with the old-age care institutions in Fuzhou,the basic situation of age care institutions in different degrees of closure was investigated from several factors,like living conditions,mental conditions and service satisfaction of the elderly in the aged care service institutions.At the same time,random surveys of the elderly were conducted in more than 20 communities in five districts of Fuzhou City,on the purpose of analyzing the living conditions,requirements and option of old-age care method for the elderly in the communities.Through interviews and investigations,it is found that:(1)the satisfaction of old-age care in communities is higher than that in the institutions;(2)the infrastructures in the community are insufficient for the elderly.And some of the elderly have economic difficulties,whereas they are more eager to pursue material satisfaction,and the people possess favorable economic situation is more likely to pursue spiritual satisfaction.(3)Most of the elderly have expectations for the way of "United Endowment for the Aged ",but they also raise various concerns.This research mainly uses methods of document analysis,social survey,game analysis etc.to explore the basic elements,types,relationships between subjects,and model construction.Based on the theory of Active Aging,Game theory and Team Stage Development theory,this paper draws on the existing domestic and foreign practice experience of “United Endowment for the Aged”,putting the theory into practice,and seeks for more independent and pleasant life demand for most elderly people,and analyzes the construction of the mode of “United Endowment for the Aged” that need confirm an appropriate number of members in the group,the favorable location of the group,the fair and effective group contract,the effective budgets’ resources allocation,and the moderate management of the group;Then provides the basic conditions for setting up the model,thus designs the model and its operation from the perspective of three-stage: from “points” to “linear”,and then to“facets”,and puts forward countermeasures to lay a solid foundation for this model.And the present study is expected to finally aim at promoting the realization of the sustainable development of the “united endowment for the Aged” model,and provides a new reference solution for the aging issue in China. |
