The Study Of Urban Aged Mode On The Background Of Aging Of Population

The whole world has already showed a tendency of an aging population, while China has also been walking into an aging society. Such aging has not only changed the structure of population, but also has a significant impact on politics, economics, society, mentality and spirits in our country. The urban old age support is focused. The mode of urban old age support—the typical method via exploring in urban old age support, to solve the urban old age support, to reduce the social problem from population aging. Urban old age support benefits the development of city. So it's important to research the relation between old age support and population aging and choose a model of urban old support.By comparatively studying the overseas and domestic serving modes, the advantages and disadvantages of some common modes are analyzed here. The residential district committee has proactively founded a mode of "home-based elderly care as a base, institution-based elderly care as a supplement, community-based elderly care as a support", integrated all resources, and established a systematic management mechanism composed of macro-guidance of the district committee, intervention of community-based organizations, participation of community-based units and volunteers' service. As for three old people who live alone, a five-star safety report system is carried out, which is "daily report, weekly visit, monthly inquiry, quarterly security check, yearly consolation", setting up platform, integrating resources, organizing network; implementing protection, taking measures, dynamic tracking; quality service, encouraging by classification and long-term management, all these has benefited the old, promoted China's traditional virtues, reflected the neighborhood autonomy and improved the government's service.We analyzed the reason of impacting the urban old age support, including the difference of the development level of the society productivity, society civilization background, development of the high and new technology, growth level of market economy. After that, we make related suggestion to the idea mode, namely, make the research frame of guarantee provided for the aged perfect, the conformity with the overall function of each component function in the mode and carry forward traditional civilization.
