| This paper takes the prison police as the research object.As a special kind of police,the working environment of prison police is also special.It is to carry out daily work in a prison with a closed environment.They need to get along with criminals who have committed serious crimes such as violence in day and night.It also takes on the heavy work of preventing criminals from escaping,suicide and ideological transformation.The work pressure of prison police is no greater than that of fighting.The front-line criminal police are small,and many prison people’s police have a low sense of happiness under professional pressure.which is not concerning to society at ordinary times.Through the research on the current situation and the relationship between the prison police ’work pressure and subjective well-being,we hope to find some ways to provide psychological support for the prison police’s work,improve their ability to adapt to work pressure,and improve their subjective well-being sense.In this study,200 prison police in LB prison of Shandong Province are taken as the specific research objects,and a series of investigations are carried out through the questionnaire and subjective well-being scale of the prison police’s occupational stress and well-being formulated by the rules of crowd emotion expression.The research shows that the mental health level of some prison police is in a sub-health state,and the overall situation is not optimistic.The conclusions of this paper include:(1)The work pressure and subjective well-being of the prison police are different and correlated in demography;(2)Prison work pressure can effectively predict the subjective well-being of police,among which positive emotional expression,natural behavior and deep behavior will have a positive impact on subjective well-being.Negative emotions and work pressure have negative effects on subjective well-being;(3)Prison police are related to the nature of prison work,prison working environment and the sense of achievement of prison work,and are influenced by the gender,age,education background,political appearance,position and working years of prison police. |
