Work Pressure Analysis And Countermeasures Of Prison Police

As one of the national penalty enforcement organs,prison is an important part of the political and legal organs.Prison police,as the main body of prison work,undertakes the important responsibilities of maintaining prison security and stability,educating and reforming prisoners,characterized with a closed working environment,special working objects and great responsibilities.The pace of building the socialist rule of law has been accelerating,and the level of law-enforcement and standardization of judicial organs has been gradually improved.The significant enhancement of the whole society’s consciousness of rule of law and consciousness of rights has put forward higher requirements for the level of law enforcement work of prison organs.In addition,in recent years,a number of major cases involving prison law enforcement have been investigated for responsibility,and the problem of working pressure of prison police has gradually become prominent,which has exerted a certain impact on the work and life of prison police.With regard to the study of work stress,China has only begun to attach importance to this issue in the past ten years.However,at present,the majority of domestic literatures focus on work stress and civil servant work stress,and the research scope is wide and not targeted.Scholars at home and abroad also have different views on the study of the sources of stress,because their research samples are different,and the types of work and occupations are different,which makes the conclusion with sample characteristics.After searching various literatures,the author found that there were few researches on work stress of the special group of prison police,especially in recent years.In view of this situation,this paper aims to increase the research samples related to work stress of this group,taking the primary policy of S province as the research object.In this paper,questionnaire survey method,semi-structured interview method and other investigation methods are adopted to understand the working status and pressure of prison police.It is found that there are many problems in this system,such as imperfect team construction,insufficient protection of police law enforcement rights and interests,reduced professional identity,and weakening of psychological adjustment ability.The analysis found the reasons for the above problems and the sharp increase in the work pressure of the principal policy,which are mainly divided into social factors,organizational factors and personal factors.At the social aspect,on the one hand,it is because of prison police have the particularity of closed state;On the other hand,it is because of low family support;in terms of organization,first,team building needs to be optimized;Second,the working conditions of the prison police needs to be improved;Third,relevant policies and regulations need to be improved;at the individual level,it is mainly due to the weak self-regulation ability,lack of clear career planning and need to improve the cognition of work.In view of the above problems and reasons,on the basis of consulting relevant literature and combining with the actual work of prison police in S province,this paper puts forward corresponding strategies to relieve the work pressure of prison police.In terms of society,first,it is necessary to create a good atmosphere of public opinion.Second,to balance family and work.Third,to improve the openness of prison affairs.In terms of organization,it is urgent to not only strengthen the team building,but also create a good working environment,and also improve the formulation of policies and regulations;At the individual level,it is time to take a multi-pronged approach from various aspects,such as enriching adjustment methods,making career plans and improving personal abilities,so as to relieve the working pressure of prison police.The purpose of this study is to understand the special group of prison police,which is not widely recognized by the society.In addition,an in-depth analysis of the work pressure faced by prison police is made to provide feasible schemes for the self-adjustment of prison police and the improvement of organization and system.
