School bullying is a stubborn social disease that seriously affects school safety and endangers the physical and mental health of minor students.The research content mainly includes four parts: the definition of school bullying and its classification,the current situational analysis of school bullying in China,the criminogenic analysis of school bullying,the prevention-governance countermeasures of school bullying.Through literature survey,questionnaire survey,case analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,the situational action theory is used to criminogenic analysis of school bullying,and explore the risk factors that lead to the generation of bullying propensity and the increase of criminogeneity in the setting.Using the situational action theory to criminogenicly analyze school bullying emphasizes the interaction between the individual and the setting,that is,emphasizes the criminogenic analysis of school bullying from the situational perspective.For individual bullying propensity,analyze risk factors from the three aspects of school,family,macro social environment;for the criminogeneity in the setting,combine the situational model and the perception-choice process of situational action theory to analyzing the process of emergence and development of school bullying.Individual bullying propensity and criminogeneity in the setting are the two major factors in school bullying.It find that student with a bullying propensity are more likely to implement school bullying in a setting that has a imperfect school bullying response system,lacks teacher supervision,has a strong moral context that supports bullying and many more.To prevent and governance school bullying,it should build a school-centered multi-subject linkage prevention-governance mechanism,promote home-school cooperation,introduce social forces,and strive to eliminate the risk factors that lead to the generation of student’s bullying propensity and the increase of criminogeneity in the setting.On the one hand,it is possible to adopt methods such as increasing moral education and legal education,correcting wrong parenting styles,raising society’s awareness of school bullying,so as to eliminate risk factors that cause the generation of bullying propensity;on the other hand,it is possible to adopt methods such as establishing a complete school bullying response system,designing the school environment,actively guiding bystanders,creating an intimate and united class atmosphere,standardizing teacher behavior and enhancing their ability to discipline,so as to eliminate risk factors that cause the increase of criminogeneity in the setting.
