Research Of The Linkage Mechanism Between Funeral Service And Hospice Care Service

Since 2005,Shanghai Funeral Service Center has already applied a series of systems and policies one by one,formulated relevant operating standards,simplified the funeral service process,concentrated the talents,and realized the integrated funeral service.However,there are also appeared some troubles.In Shanghai,aging and other objective factors lead to funeral business increasing steadily.Combined with the influence of Chinese traditions to people’s subconscious,the relevant content of funeral service is not familiar to the public,so that some negative affairs,such as the widespread dislocation of the unqualified funeral service stations on the internet,produce frequently.Those messes have affected the service efficiency and service ability of the funeral administrative department,and then it is a hot urgency to improve the funeral services and protect the rights of the people through strengthening the intimacy between the end of death and the beginning of funeral service.In this thesis,the reason why hospice care service is selected as one of the research objects rather than other choices is that hospice care is an irreversible one-way model,with few objective factors to influence,and various variables can be almost controlled,which makes it easier to study.Therefore,how to construct the linkage mechanism between funeral service and hospice care service and put it into practice for better problems solution and first-rate service to people is a problem of worthy meditation.Based on the theories of the matching degree of supply and demand,linkage degree and cooperation effect in multi-department collaboration,this paper analyzes the basic situation of the linkage between funeral service and hospice care service from multiple perspectives,and summarizes the factors affecting the linkage effect,existing problems and reasons.Finally,the author summarizes the suggestions and opinions on the implementation of the linkage mechanism between funeral service and hospice care service by drawing on the good experience of linkage at home and abroad.The body consists of seven parts.The first chapter introduces the significance and background of the research on the linkage mechanism between funeral service and hospice care service,as well as the way of thinking,theoretical basis,innovative points and difficulties.The second chapter elaborates the basic concepts and characteristics of funeral service and hospice care service,and draws out the relevant basic theories on the linkage mechanism between them.The third chapter introduces the basic situation of the comfort ward in the Linfen Community Health Service Center in Jiangan District,analyzes the current situation and finds the issues that the funeral service and hospice care service cannot interact with each other.The fourth chapter briefly discusses the causes of the linkage between funeral service and hospice care service,and analyzes the influencing ways of related factors such as national traditions,people’s morality and national economic strength.Chapter Five summarizes the relevant practices at home and abroad,and sums up the feasible experience of the linkage mechanism between funeral service and hospice care service in China.Chapter Six provides the linkage innovation mechanism of funeral service and hospice care service,advocates the linkage working mechanism of "full participation" of functional departments,and maintains the new trend of the integration of funeral service and hospice care service,as well as the safeguard measures after the linkage mechanism is formed.The last part looks into the future after the linkage mechanism of funeral service and hospice care service operates normally,and speaks briefly of the feasibility of the linkage between funeral,old age care and medical treatment,etc.
