| At present,the integration of public resource trading is preliminarily completed,the construction and operation of public resource trading platform is mature and stable,and the integration effect is beginning to show,but there is still room for improvement.In addition,in recent years,the rapid development of information technology has promoted the all-round development of e-government.Especially in2020,the outbreak of COVID-19,the application of new technologies such as Internet plus,AI and other technologies increased rapidly.In the field of public resources trading,new technologies such as electronic guarantee letters,and no meeting and bid opening were widely promoted.The development of public resources trading platform also moves towards the direction of intelligent development.Based on the Inner Mongolia public resources trading market,this paper summarizes the current development of public resources trading platform in Inner Mongolia,and finds out the problems in the process of integration and construction of Inner Mongolia public resources trading platform.The phenomenon of "fragmentation" is prominent,the degree of information sharing is low,the repeated construction of various types of platform operation is segmented,the degree of social participation in the transaction process is low,the supervision is imperfect,the ability of the platform staff is uneven,the lack of comprehensive talents,the service efficiency is low,and the value of public resource transaction data has not been mined.Through the application of holistic governance theory,new public service theory and E-government theory in the construction of public resource trading platform,this paper puts forward the future development path of public resource trading platform in Inner Mongolia,that is,integrating functions,clarifying responsibility boundaries,breaking trade barriers,innovating business processes,building "one network" in the region,creating resource sharing platform,actively using new technologies to develop intelligent platform and perfecting supervision methods. |
