The Realization Mechanism Of Public Resource Trading

After many years of practice and reform,China’s public resource trading has achieved leapfrog development in institutional construction and electronic trading of public resources.However,there are still certain problems in the current operational mechanism of public resource transactions in terms of organizational structure,electronic governance,regulatory system,etc.,which cannot meet the further development needs of public resource transactions.It is urgent to conduct in-depth analysis of the public resource management model and operational mechanism to address the practical obstacles faced by public resource transactions.Against the background of the digitalization and intelligent development of the national public resource trading platform,the development of trading platforms in various regions has their own characteristics.This article,from the perspective of a case study,conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems and causes encountered in the operation of the public resource trading platform in Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone,with a view to basing itself on the current situation of the construction of public resource trading platforms in the region,applying the new public service theory,public governance theory,and public product theory,Explore the optimization path for the realization mechanism of public resource transactions.The construction of Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone started early,but there is still considerable room for improvement in the innovation of e-government on the public resource trading platform and the modernization of public governance capabilities.This article uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,and case study method,combined with relevant theories of public resource trading,to conduct a comprehensive survey on issues such as low customer satisfaction,shortage of professional and technical personnel,lack of operational standardization,and insufficient system stability in the operation of public resource trading platforms,and analyze the underlying causes of the problems in platform design,function transfer,industry regulation,and other aspects.Based on this,with the goal of achieving public value and guided by user needs,a diversified optimization path has been proposed to improve the public resource trading mechanism,optimize public resource trading services,innovate public resource trading supervision,and empower Internet technology,providing valuable experience for the sustainable operation and development of public resource trading platforms.
