| Since 10 years,with the development of China’s economy.The problem of uneven economic and social development between regions and urban and rural areas has become increasingly prominent,and the economic gap between the coastal areas and the central and western ware areas has been widening,which in turn has led to problems such as the development of educational resources broadcast in the central and western regions.In order to help the central and western regions get out of the education dilemma,the government has introduced a series of encouraging policies.Excellent postgraduate teaching groups are selected to teach in remote and poor areas.With the increasing influence of the missionary action,more and more university students have become involved in the missionary action,effectively contributing to the local education cause,and also making the students’ own ability and case quality to be exercised and improved.In this paper,we investigated the experiences of the N University Postgraduate Mission through questionnaires and in-depth interviews.Drawing on the relevant literature on China Knowledge,the paper analyses the existing problems of the policy of the postgraduate mission from four aspects: individual students,universities,recipient places and national policies,specifically in the areas of publicity and selection mechanism,training and distribution mechanism,supervision and evaluation mechanism and supporting mechanism.The author puts forward suggestions for optimizing the policy from three aspects in response to these problems.First,strengthen the summary of the organization department’s teaching work,second,improve the content of the policy of the graduate student teaching mission,including extending the time,adjusting the rules and regulations,improve treatment,etc.;third,clarify the main responsibilities such as the members of the research mission should focus on their comprehensive ability of the rules I,universities should focus on the effectiveness of the selection and training work,the recipient should improve the supervision and assessment system,the implementation of the superior to protect the preferential policies.The policy of Graduate Student Teaching Mission has been implemented for more than 20 years,and it has been proved that the policy is a favorable and good policy that benefits the country and the people and helps to improve the imbalance in the development of education in the eastern and western regions.Through the study of these real-life problems,this paper aims to provide a direction for the improvement of the development of the Postgraduate Teaching Mission and promote the better implementation of this policy. |
