Research On The Pension Issues In County-level Institutions From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand

My country’s aging process first began in the 1980 s,and has now become the country with the largest number of aging populations and the fastest aging process.According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics,as of the end of 2019,my country had a population of 253.88 million people aged 60 and over,accounting for 18.1% of the total population,and a population of 176.03 million people aged 65 and over,accounting for12.6% of the total population.The speed of the wave of silver hair has accelerated,the size of the family has changed,and the traditional concept of raising children and preventing the elderly The declining ageing issues have penetrated into all levels of society,and the role of institutional pensions has become increasingly prominent.However,in the process of rapid development of pension institutions,a series of contradictions have arisen in the supply and demand of pension services,which restricts the sound development of the pension industry.How to alleviate and resolve the contradiction between the supply and demand of services in the elderly care institutions under the current resource control,and improve the development of the elderly care institutions,has become a realistic problem facing the elderly care institutions in our country.Based on the theoretical perspective of supply and demand,this study collected a large number of first-hand data on elderly care institutions through a field survey of the nursing homes of the Social Welfare Center of L County,and systematically investigated the supply and The current situation of demand,and then combing the successful experience of domestic and foreign institutions for the elderly through the literature research method,laid the foundation for the writing of the thesis.From the perspective of the article structure,first analyze the supply status of nursing homes from the facilities,staff,and service content,and use Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory to analyze the needs of the elderly for institutional care services,spiritual comfort,and medical services.,Cultural and entertainment needs,and respect and self-realization needs.The demand status of the organization.The investigation found that there are three pairs of contradictions in L County Social Welfare Center nursing homes,namely the contradiction between the professional abilities and service attitudes of caregivers and the service needs of the elderly,the contradiction between the lack of spiritual comfort services and the emotional needs of the elderly,and the service items.The contradiction between single supply and diversified needs of the elderly.After analyzing the reasons for the contradiction between supply and demand from the three levels of elderly care institutions,government and society,combined with the successful experience of domestic and foreign elderly care institutions,it provides effective ideas for solving the contradiction between supply and demand.In view of the above problems,the following suggestions are put forward: Optimize the management model,enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly,and improve the service level of relevant staff;the government needs to improve the construction of the relevant legal system for elderly services,improve the incentives and rewards and punishment mechanisms for elderly services,and increase financial support and supervision and management of elderly care institutions;The elderly need to put aside their prejudices about elderly care institutions and actively communicate with them;the society needs to guide public opinion to improve the status of nursing workers and make full use of social organizations to establish volunteer service teams.In this way,the service level of elderly care institutions is improved,and the balanced development of the supply and demand of the elderly care institutions is promoted,so as to effectively solve the problem of elderly care under the background of aging.
