Study On The Improvement Measures Of Exit-Entry Administration For Tianjin Citizens Basing On The Concept Of Public Service

At present,with the developing of the society,China's exit-entry administration of public security keeps reforming in order to make combination of management and service on Chinese citizens to meet the social development.But as to the existing mechanism,the whole service system of exit-entry administration cannot adapt to the development of nowadays' society,which lead to people's unsatisfactory and affect the efficiency of public service.Based on the problems mentioned above,firstly the thesis analyzes the reason of the problems caused by the department of public security's exit-entry administration,including the aspects such as: the lagging of organizational culture and service concepts,the imperfect of the laws and regulations,the unadvanced mode,method and technique of management,and the rapid development of the citizens' entry and exit situation and so on,which lead to the traditional application mode of the entry and exit documents cannot meet the large and fast pace of immigration requirements.Secondly,the thesis explores the effectiveness of "Internet +" technology in exit-entry services of public security and methods implemented based on the development of information technology.And at the same time,it also makes new requirements for public sector management to which the management system and methods of adapting need to be established,and the possibility of this management method is also need to be analyzed.Lastly,basing on fully investigation and combining with the concept of public service and the application of “Internet +” technology,the thesis takes Tianjin as the case to explore improvements combined with management and service such as the "Internet +" platform to achieve self-service constructed,the information system of managing networked and the hall that offered exit-entry service fully covered.Through analyzing the problems that may be encountered in the improvement process,we strive to build a new mode for the exit-entry administration of Tianjin citizens in accordance with our national conditions,which is supplement and improvement to the relevant theories of public service government and the fairness and justice of management services are emphasized and the efficiency and law enforcement are improved.
