The administrative service center is the product of the administrative examination and approval system in China,and also the foundation of the construction of service-oriented government.The administrative service center provides high-quality services to the public through the basic mode of "one-stop" service,so as to simplify the procedures and improve the efficiency.It has become an indispensable government service agency in public life.At present,the administrative service center in China is still in the initial stage.What problems it has in the operation process has become the focus of the government and scholars.The original intention of the establishment of the administrative service center is to provide convenient and efficient administrative services for the public.The evaluation of public satisfaction plays an important role in the construction of the administrative service center.Therefore,this paper evaluates the satisfaction of the administrative service center from the perspective of the public.Based on the theory of systematic evaluation,the theory of service-oriented government and the theory of expectation inconsistency,this paper studies the public satisfaction of Yantai administrative service center by using the methods of survey,qualitative and quantitative.First of all,based on literature research and research,the influencing factors of public satisfaction are determined,so as to build the evaluation index system of public satisfaction of administrative service center,optimize and explain the indexes in the evaluation index system;secondly,combining with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the evaluation model of public satisfaction of Yantai administrative service center is built,using AHP According to the evaluation model of public satisfaction,the public satisfaction of Yantai administrative service center is evaluated.According to the evaluation results,the existing problems of Yantai administrative service center are found,including poor service quality,lack of electronic service information,imperfect operation mechanism and investment The response degree of the lawsuit is low,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Finally,the corresponding solutions are put forward according to the problems.
