The Analysis Of Open Government Data Platform And The Strategy Of Construction

Establishing open government data platform,to implement the Government data of opening and sharing,to improve the level of governance and promote economic development,is the important topic of government' Big Data guidelines and policy.This paper is based on the less research of open government data platform,and divides the open government data platform into three level: The technical and function architecture,management structure and ecological architecture and ensure the basic elements of the platform.This paper will contrast and analyse the open government data platform at home and abroad from the three level of function of platform technology,platform management system and platform ecological construction.Based on the achievements of open government data platform,combining with more successful foreign experience,suggestting perfecting laws,policies and open data permission,optimization platform management;strengthen the management of metadata,improve data quality,extend the platform service function;Adopting open source platform,reducing the threshold of the access to data,Cultivating market intermediary and open government data applications market,in order to build ecological open government data platform.
