Research On The Service Mode Of Home-based Elderly Care In Tianjin

With the improvement of people’s quality of life and the progress of medical and health standards,the average life span of the population in China is gradually extended,and the elderly care service is gradually valued by most people.When the elderly choose the old-age service mode,they will take all factors into consideration.As far as the current situation is concerned,home-based old-age care is the acceptable mode for most elderly people.Over the years,many experts and scholars in China have devoted themselves to the research and exploration of home care service mode and related theories,and have made some achievements.The specific practice of various modes of home care services has also made good progress,but there are still some gaps and many problems to meet the needs of the elderly care services for the elderly at this stage.Based on literature research,questionnaire,interview and text comparative study,this thesis investigates and studies the existing four modes of home care service in public housing,public construction,private sector,government support and private run in the city,and finds that there are three problems in the mode of supply and demand of home care services,namely,the lack of development funds and the weak human resources.This thesis analyzes the reasons for the three stages,such as the initial stage of home care,the lack of funding sources and the lagging sense of service.It combines the practice of home care services at home and abroad,such as the study of Japanese care services,British home care,home care and personal services,and summarizes the following aspects: legislation first,government guidance,standard construction,market-oriented operation,association participation and people.Only in this way can we learn from the experience of Tianjin,and put forward the improvement of home care service mode to promote the development of home care service industry in Tianjin.We need to actively implement four basic ideas and measures,such as the legalization of the government level,the marketization of the social level,the standardization of the industry level,and the systematization of education level.I hope this article can provide some references for the development of home care service in Tianjin and our country,and promote the healthy development of the home care service industry in Tianjin,and meet the diversified needs of home care for the elderly,especially for the elderly.
