Study On The Problem Of Home Care In China

With the development of economic,people's overall living standard has been greatly improved,the health condition of ascension also makes people's life has been prolonged,this also means that the aging tide is coming.The arrival of aging is not only the product of social development,but also the embodiment of the progress of human society.The aging of the population is a worldwide common problem,but for the large population base of China,the situation of "not getting rich before getting rich" greatly aggravates the solution to the problem of providing for the aged.The reasonable choice of the way of providing for the aged has become one of the common focuses of the state,society and family in solving the problem of providing for the aged.Home care as a way of pension is effective,came into being in the background of social and economic transformation of the aging population,the combination can realize the traditional family pension and institutional pension and promote the social development process of the pension,and can accord with the wishes of the elderly,improve old people's satisfaction,the pension dilemma can alleviate our country to a certain extent.However,the way of home care in our country started late,most areas are still in the exploratory stage,and there are still many problems in the development.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the issue of home care for the aged in China.This paper mainly uses the method of literature review,case analysis and comparative research to define the core concept of home care on the basis of in-depth research on the existing relevant literature.On the basis of Marx Theory of Social Security,Maslow Social Demand Level Theory,and Welfare Pluralism Theory,a SWOT model comprehensive analysis of aged-supporting and analysis result of aged-supporting demand,this thesis states the necessity of choosing home care.Based on the current situation of the development of home care in our country and the specific practice in the typical areas,this paper analyzes the common problems in the process of the development of home care for the aged in China.The problems of home care in our country are mainly concentrated in the following aspects: insufficient funds,the decentralization of available resources,imperfect infrastructure,inadequateservice provision,weak human resources and so on.Aiming at the common problems existing in our country's old-age home care,combining the domestic and foreign advanced experience,starting from different aspects,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to the development of home care,including the countermeasures of playing the leading role of government,expanding financial support,integrating social resources,enriching the content of services,and training of human resources.
