Urban House Community Service Problem Discussed In This Paper

Nowadays, aging of population has become an inevitable trend，whichgives out a tough task of caring for the aged. Affected by traditional concepts ofproviding for the aged and the production level of our country，elderly supportby the family model is still taking a dominant role in the life of city elderly.However，the changes of family form and people’s lifestyle lead to the fading offamily’s supporting functions. Community has unique advantages in resourceand location. Thus, aged-care at home with community support is becoming afeasible way of providing for the aged. As the elderly differ in their wills andneeds，it is the top target of communities to provide them with all aspects ofservice.This paper analyzes wills and needs of different old people and problemsof community service. From the micro-demand level, and the minor details ofthe community service for aged-care at home to have intuitive findings. In thecontext of good hardware and government police，to explore the problems ofthe real needs of the elderly and home care for the aged. The problemsinclude: services can not meet the diversified needs of the elderly; serviceteam specialization rate is low; Haven’t form a plurality of sources of socialsupport. We must take full use of existing resource to solve the problems ofcommunity service for aged-care at home，and to improve community serviceof aging care at home.
