Shared transportation is constructed and developed based on information technologies such as mobile internet and smart terminals.It is an important supplement to urban public transportation.Under the new development concept,rapid urbanization and rapid motorization have brought urban transportation systems new challenges.In order to improve urban traffic conditions and fight the “blue sky defense”,more and more cities are beginning to explore green urban traffic development paths that are in line with green development.Certain achievements have been made,but various problems that have also been exposed are not tolerable.Government supervision of shared transportation has become an important issue.On the basis of maintaining a balanced state of public interest and order,management departments must comply with requirements of new development concept and perform scientific,reasonable and comprehensive supervision duties to play the greatest role to ensure the long-term and stable development.This paper uses City C as the research object,and uses empirical analysis to study the government supervision issues of shared transportation in City C.Firstly,to understand residents satisfaction with government supervision through questionnaire surveys;Secondly,to analyze the problems and shortcomings in the supervision and management process of the shared transportation department,including the imperfect laws and regulations and the unclear division of department functions and responsibilities.Finally,to combine with the current market development environment and the domestic government supervision practices,suggestions on the regulation policy applicable to the basic situation of C City are put forward,such as improving the regulation policy,enriching the means of policy regulation and improving the coordination mechanism,applying the concept of green city into the transportation planning,and protecting the high-quality development of urban transportation in C City. |
