With the continuous progress of science and technology and rapid economic development. The way people work and live has changed a lot.Social competition is becoming more and more intense.People are under increasing pressure to survive.Job burnout is also inevitably a "chronic disease" that threatens the physical and mental health of many workers in many industries. As township civil servants who provide public services directly to the public,Their working environment, salary, professional characteristics and clients are very different from other levels of civil service. There is no doubt that they have become a group with a high job burnout index.Compared to men, female civil servants have greater physical and psychological burdens and pressures.Their job burnout problem is more prominent and deserves more attention and research. This paper takes the job burnout phenomenon of female civil servants in the township as the research theme. On the basis of combing the literature on job burnout of scholars at home and abroad, the MBI-GS scale was used to determine the survey index system, and an interview outline and questionnaire on job burnout of female civil servants in townships were compiled..In this paper,20 female civil servants from towns and villages in County Z were selected to conduct field interviews, and 180 female civil servants were selected to conduct questionnaires. The results of the empirical study show that: Female civil servants in the township have a strong sense of job burnout, and their burnout levels vary significantly with age, education, whether they are the only children, length of work, and home address. These differences mainly include:(1)The age group with the highest degree of job burnout is 35 to45 years old.(2)The level of job burnout is on the rise with the increase of academic qualifications.(3)Female civil servants in townships with only children have a higher level of burnout than female civil servants in townships with brothers and sisters.(4)The period of work between 11 and 20 years is the highest level of job burnout.(5)As the distance between home address and work place increases, the degree of job burnout increases. On the base of empirical research data,it can also be seen that: In terms of influencing factors, female civil servants in the towns and villages of County Z are affected by manyfactors such as personal factors, occupational factors, organizational factors, social factors and family factors.Organizational factors have a greater impact on job burnout. At the same time, more than half of the respondents thought that they could not balance family and work time well. The conflict between family and work further deepens their job burnout.Based on the above research results, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of female job burnout in the township civil servants:(1)Improving the management system of townships and towns: improving their working conditions, rationally allocating jobs, and provide them with flexible Job positions.(2)Create a good organizational atmosphere: Establish a good organizational culture, clear the channels for expressing opinions and suggestions, and strengthen psychological counseling.(3)Improve incentives:Improve the assessment system and clear the promotion channels.(4)Strengthening social support: having reasonable expectations for female township civil servants, increasing positive publicity for township civil servants, and understanding and support from family members. The aim is to provide theoretical and practical reference for solving the problem of job burnout of female civil servants in township.
