With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,Wechat,microblog and other new media are becoming the main tools for people to obtain information and interact.The government affairs new media represented by government affairs microblog and government affairs wechat come into the public’s sight and become a new platform for information release and government people interaction.We Chat is the official account of wechat government departments and related institutions.Through pushing graphics,audio and video,the government information is released and public services are provided.It is of great strategic significance to the construction of service-oriented government and the innovation of government governance mode.We Chat as an important form of Internet plus government services,It has been highly valued by the state and governments at all levels.However,the construction time of government wechat is still short,The development experience is not scientific and rich enough.How to make good use of wechat in the new era,Effective release of government information,Improving the quality and efficiency of government service is an important issue in the construction of wechat.This thesis takes Wuhai government wechat as the research object,Firstly,it introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of government wechat.Secondly,it analyzes the basic status quo,content characteristics of Wuhai government wechat.Through the questionnaire survey,the use of government wechat in Wuhai City is investigated and analyzed.on this basis,Summed up the existing problems of Wuhai government wechat: The function of interactive communication is poor,The online service function is not perfect,The form of content is single and there is no originality,Unclear positioning and unbalanced development,Lack of publicity and promotion.Analyzed the main causes of these problems.The last,this thesis puts forward six suggestions for the construction of Wuhai government wechat: Clear function orientation,change service consciousness.Strengthen the content quality of government wechat.Enhance the public communication power of government wechat.Strengthen government wechat communication and interaction,improve online service function.Establish operation management and evaluation mechanism.Improve the mechanism of coordination and linkage.Building wechat matrix.Strengthen the construction of talents and build a professional team.
