| At present,the pros and cons of the government’s information services in response to public opinion have become an important part of the governance capacity.The inclusion of "Internet public opinion" as an important reference for government decision-making is a vivid manifestation of the government’s concept of governing for the people and a sign of the improvement of government governance capabilities.Therefore,it is necessary and imminent for the government to improve its ability to respond to public opinion.In order to improve the image of the government in front of the public and the governance of government public opinion,the fundamental starting point and ultimate goal of improving the efficiency of the government in responding to public opinion is to provide the public with a democratic,true,and high-quality public opinion environment.Therefore,the public’s views and attitudes will have more practical significance for improving the government’s effectiveness in responding to public opinion.Local government managers,organizers and executors of the grass-roots level,in response to the Internet public opinion,local governments play a special and positive role and functions.The perspective of public satisfaction,research and local governments deal with the network of public opinion in order to improve local government to respond to network public opinion,the ability to target to find the problems in the process of local government to respond to network public opinion through the analysis of survey data,and propose targeted.First of all,the Response Network public opinion,the process of local government and the public satisfied with the theoretical research to find the point of integration;Secondly,to carry out empirical studies of local government response to the Internet public opinion capacity of public satisfaction,found that the local government to respond to the network of public opinion in handling mechanisms,information management,emergency response system,work attitude and oversight mechanisms through the analysis of the very scale of the structure and data of the percentage of occupancy rate and other aspects,there are still flaws.To address these issues,this paper proposes a series of recommendations to improve public satisfaction with local government response to the Internet public opinion ability.The local government response to the Network Public Opinion capacity of public satisfaction study highlights the local government in response to the Internet public opinion satisfactory to the public attention,reflecting the construction of local governments to implement the scientific concept of governing for the people and carry out public service.Standing public satisfaction highly Response Network public opinion,capacity to improve local government,will optimize the processes for local government to deepen the response system to improve working attitude,strengthen information disclosure,improve administrative accountability,and provide strong protection. |
